cover your mouth
so you don`t swallow me
as you did
to others
i am a rose
that grows
comfortably
in God`s garden
i am a midwife
carrying life
i give it back to the owner
our creator
cover your mouth
so flies don`t enter
you can terrify others
but not me

I can't begin to describe how much I enjoy this poem. There's just something about it that gets me hooked and makes me want to re-read it again and again.
