so much time spent wondering
if everything's okay
you have so much to tell her
but you don't know what to say
The simple words"I love you"
or simply that you care
you're devoted to her only
& you'll always be there
Just a little bit of magic
in the words that you choose
if we do not try to win
we're guaranteed to lose
To lose the love we searched for
For many many years
Through the halls filled with laughter
through the rooms of pain & tears
The moral in the magic
The love that's meant to be
If you search you will find
your common destiny
the hot shot poet
