no more waiting for daddy

Contributed by thehotshotpoet on Monday, 16th April 2012 @ 08:04:53 PM in AEST
Topic: StoryPoetry

we've been threw some hardships
with agonizing pain
I never thought I'd hear
your voice again
I've alway's tought you to speak your mind
you did & what did it do
not paying attention to my girl
I lost contact with you
you were only nine
you tried to talk to me
I know I took it the wrong way
if I could take back all the hurtful words
I'd take them back today
I read your poem
from your heart so true
called daddy I'll wait for you
I can say one thing
one thing for sure
I promise you have to wait no more
you are my little "braveheart"
the name that you chose
to show your skill threw your word
so everybody knows
I love you my daughter
& I love you so much
daddy would give all he has
his life & such
just to show
that my love is true
their's nothing at all
that I would'nt do
so please believe me
when I say
my love for you
is here to stay
I love you Ariel Leann Andrews
always your dad The hot shot poet

sis you know that daddy will always be on your side because that is what a dad does. You know that daddy loves you with all his heart but better than any other dady in this world. If you think about it daddy could of done what he done just because it was to fast for him to realise what was really going on for him to react like he was ment to !! Daddy loves you sis just as much as me and you
