in total moderation
as words race threw my head
they always seem to find a way
to bring me from my bed
I don't mean while I'm sleeping
I mean before daylight
I pour a cup of coffee
& then sit down to write
words in moderation
of everything I feel
my words are never almost right
there excactly what is real
the words they seem to flow
like the breaking of a dam
they may say nothing to someone else
but there excactly who I am
as far as my spelling
this early in the day
I know there's some not written right
but what more can I say
if I were perfect i would be god
perfect for the world to see
he's the only perfect thing in this world
so it surely can't be me
the hot shot poet

No one is perfect I doubt even god would be. IT is my belief that perfect or not a person is as they are with or without fault. and they should do things their way. I don't think proper english should be a concern with poetry it should be written as you see fit.

Very interesting read
hope to read more soon
