SHE (Emystar)

Contributed by robert_edgar_burns on Thursday, 5th April 2012 @ 11:46:17 PM in AEST

Photobucket

As a wordsmith she’s a master craftsman.
I met her more than a decade ago.
Whatever she would write about came to life
In my minds eye where it simply shone.

When she takes her pen and sets it to paper,
You know a masterpiece is coming soon.
Then you chew it in your mind to digest it.
It’s melody becomes your favorite tune.

In Star City Arkansas lives a lady,
Who goes by pen name of Emystar.
She’s been blazing a trail in the wilderness,
That will speak to your heart of hearts.

She can write a poem with humor,
And even old country charm.
Maybe some of life in the city,
And of hardships found on the farm.

Love is her main subject matter.
She bears her pain to soothe her soul.
And in the course of simply writing,
Others find they were made whole!

Emy is life’s perfect friend.
She’ll tells what’s on her mind and then,
Sharing always expressed with grace,
Encouragement she’d tell you if face to face.
