Norm's Triple Limerick #1

Contributed by norm on Tuesday, 6th May 2003 @ 11:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: HumorPoetry

I knew a thin girl from New York
who had the legs of a stork,
the stork didn't quiver
'til time to deliver
a knife and a spoon and a fork.

-------------------------------------

I once knew a girl from Quebek
who played with a real crooked deck.
She'd palm a black ace
as she looked in your face
She was pretty..so, well, what the heck.

--------------------------------------

I once knew a fellow from Kent
whose wife was, he felt, heaven-sent
so did
the butcher, the baker,
the candlestick maker
and any available gent.

I don't understand the first one, either.
Will try to improve in the future...
