on one hand you have Fletcher Christian, on the other you have Captain Bligh
who shall you be true to? with whom does your loyalty lie?
are you in your heart ready to betray the royal crown?
take over the Bounty and pull the Union Jack down?
then you may as well be ready to hoist the Jolly Roger!
for piracy on the high seas it be for any contract dodger
it's to be on Fletcher Christian's side, i do rightly choose
for it's my life at stake, and my life i will not lose!
let me take you back to the start, when it all became awry
when the crew started hating the man we all know as Captain Bligh!
he dealt with deeds of derilict with cruel and unusual means
he did not treat a man as a man, but as a lesser and lower being
of course this sparked hatred of sorts, hatred toward those in charge
which ignited into all out mutiny when we took over the ship in large
Fletcher Christian, he is our man, the one to grab the helm
he gave us muskets and gave us hope, then gave permission to overwhelm
and overwhelm we did, overwhelm and overtake
though i pray to the powers that be that this was not a grave mistake
after we watched what transpired, right before our very eyes
when we saw Fletcher himself give chase to that intolerable Captain Bligh
and when that blackheart raised his hands, thus giving up the ship
was after all our minds were lost, and into insanity we had slipped
we set adrift those men who stayed loyal to the English throne
now we try for a safehaven, by ourselves and all alone
as each day passes this vessel by, and i see no fleet around any bend
i know that our adventures with Fletcher sail further from an unfortunate end...
