Pillow Fighting Part 4

Topic: MiscPoems

Caleb died soon after the War of the Kidd
On the report was the cause of death
Loss of Brain: Had No More (Never Did)
Blair retired because he lost all his hair
That’s all he had left of his pride’s flare
Chief was still kicking
Mess with him and you’ll get a licking
Chris, who was faster then Subzero
Kept telling all the girls that he was the hero
T.R. was buying a new pooper scooper
And Spanky followed this intelligent trooper
Josh was living it large
Supplying us with pillows that were super charged
Justin was soon to be married
But this man was not to be harried
JD was getting better everyday
Learning pillow fighting in his own way
I’m still alive and well
So sit back while I ramble for a spell
This is the tale of the War of the Kidd
In my words some white lies are hid
Our old enemy the Third Floor
Teamed up with the Fourth and knocked on our door
We were ready for the fight
And none of us were planning to take flight
The funniest sight you will ever see
There stood Blair and Spanky
Blair was Rambo with a gut
And Spanky had two clubs from putt-putt
Chief with his Tar Heels cap
This man led our team and put Foley on the map
T.R. was sneaking up on the rival floors
JD followed him down the corridors
Josh and I were a team
But who said that we fought clean?
Caleb was hiding when the war proceeded
Our warnings were not heeded
He walked straight into enemy ground
And was soon knocked down
What had hit him, he did not know
But all he saw was a dancing star show
TKO, he was out for good
All because he stepped into the wrong neighborhood
We didn’t care, I must confess
Cause what is one Caleb more or less
Chief had taken down ten opponents
And this was in mere moments
Blair and Justin stopped early to eat
And it was getting hard to fight in this heat
Three out and seven remained
Our honor shall not be shamed
First Floor came to our aid
And sort of reimburse our spade
We trampled the alliance
Showing them where they could stick their defiance
That was one of our final fights
But you can hear more on other nights.
