Victory

The Carling Cup 2012
Cardiff verses Liverpool
Premiership verses league
Even god couldn’t predict it
Cardiff score first
Hearts wane, not again they say
But back we bounce in the end
Level the tie with a close blaster
We must get a victory
6 years we have waited
We take the lead with aplomb
Victory is in out grasp
But with a last gasp, they score
Penalties once more
Miss after miss, we see
Who can shoot on target?
But Gerrard the cousin fails
Gerrard the wises team prevails
King Kenny has his victory, once again
