BEFORE YOUR THRONE

Contributed by emystar on Friday, 17th February 2012 @ 02:08:43 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

We all know pain from loosing
luved ones.
It's so hard to see them go.
Still luv remains eternally
As life and memories
began to glow.

Father God
I humble before your throne.
My children are carrying
A heavy load.
Humbly I leave it with you
help them stand,
In your abode.

In stillness heart's and
souls unite.
Even when thunder rolls,
Lightening lights a dark heaven,
Letting us feel our
Very own soul.

I'm at your feet where many
have wept.
I put all our hearts, agony,
Longings, hopes dreams`
At your cross there's no
Need for money

Sorry you're going through what you're going through but poetry is indeed therapeutic.

Lots of people care about you.

What a marvellous poem Emystar. I am almost crying.
Thimoteus is so right, lots of people love you, and feel deeply with your pain.
It is a cross that we have to patiently bear for our soul's benefit and reward.
Lots of love
Elizabeth

losing a loved one is a hard cross to bear. Some day you will be able to look back and feel only happiness, without the pain. I hope you see that day soon.

Weeping may endure for a night, but
joy cometh in the morning. I pray for
the peace that passes all understanding for
you and your entire family. Love, Rob

Your poem is a prayer to God who is able to meet your every need. You've captured that truth so well.
