Oh How I Cherish You

I cherish you,
Likes plants cherish the sun in the sky.

For with you,
I have what I need to live.

Happiness forever lasting,
Love forever living.

Just talking to you is enough to bring a long missed smile back to my face,
And a feeling back to my soul and heart,
One that I had thought to of lost forever.

My only thoughts is,
Will this work out when we finally meet?
But while thinking of her my heart skips a beat.

I'm sure every thing will work out alright
Cause this feeling in my heart continues to spread every night.

It is a feeling I can't explain.
It's warm and yet it causes goose bumps as it spreads.

If this is truly love,
I think this time it might be the real thing.

Last time I thought I felt true love,
All It really caused was a bunch of pain.

Then I found you,
And you washed away the pain,
Like the cleansing power of the rain.
