The sharp blade slides across my arm,
Trickles of blood follow down the line.
I tell myself I do no harm.
Promise me that it will all be fine.
Deeper into the flesh I go.
The blood finally pours.
I'm sorry I just can't say no.
Please stop me from wanting more.
The sensation is so unreal.
It's like a rush of blood to the head.
The adrenanline helps me feel.
Just hope that I don't end up dead.

I like this I have felt that many times. You draw the reader into this poem then spew them out at the end all cut up like you. Hang in there and try to stop. Its hard I know.
