I thought we were friends
But I realized you were never my friend.
It was more like I was your friend
But you were never my friend
You acted like you were
But when I really needed you, you were never there.
When you needed me I was always there.
But when the arrow turned to you, you were never there.
I was there because I thought you were my friend.
I said I would be your friend till the very end.
I wanted to be because I love you.
You don't love me, you only love those who are like you.
I thought friends who knew each other.
Would grow up to forever be with each other.
But I guess that doesn't always happen.
Especially since in our case what I wanted to happen, didn't happen.
I guess it because of the love I have for you.
But I want and need to get rid of the love I have for you.
They say you can't help who you love .
But I'm beginning to hate the thought of love.
In a twisted way I thought I found love.
But in a normal way ,It was me you didn't love.
Strange in way the way i love
But normal for you that you never once loved me.
So what do I do with this love I have for.
Let you go, because it's always been about you.
I will still be your friend
I will be that friend till the very end
I don't know why I would put myself through misery
It's just I want to see you happy
Your happiness is more important than my happines.
I promise I will get over this sadness.
Don't worry about me
Don't pretend to care
That's my job, your burdens I'll bare.
That from the beginning it was never about me.
