Drifting through life with no definite direction,
masquerading and portraying happiness and laughter
searching for the rest of my soul.

I know he's out there somewhere, the one who will bring
my life A whole new meaning.
The one who will love me for me and never question.

My heart is yearning for that final connection.

Until the day it happens i'll keep on drifting through life with
no definite direction, masquerading and portraying happiness
and laughter.

The search for the correct partner is a phase most of us pass through when we are young. Your verses portray the emotions familiar to any body looking for the right companion. Well done and good luck on your quest.
