Take over
A new broom is sweeping in
Out went all the complacency
In came the dictatorship
Stringent checks on productivity
Uniformity, clone army
Out went individuality
In came the rules and regulations
As day turns to night
Minions gather to welcome the wage payer general
Keep in the good books, I’ll try
Keep under the radar, for now
Will the job be the same?
Will it change for the better?
Only time will tell
If I’ve got any stock to use as well
Waiting for a calm after a storm
We’ll take each day intrepidly

Well written. Extremely thought provoking.
I have days (more like weeks) of this kind of attitude.
You've capture both emotion and art and intertwined
them to the point of perfection. Wonderful read!!
