Starry Eyes

An open window, thru which I see,
There is nothing wrong,
everything is right with me.
Into the night I gaze
Tell me can you also see,
An open window into light, tell me can this be?

Tomorrow is right before us
An open tablet to feed
Anxiously we stroll
Into the distance we proceed
Light in our eyes,
Shade is no longer cast
Fortunes in the skies
Into the night, present is past...

I can feel you, your like a memory now
A moment in my heart, and I wonder how..
This could have ever been, I reach out my hand.
Into the complete unknown, I hope you understand.....
I look thru an open window
thru which I can see
I’m looking into your heart, and you look straight thru me
The light that shines within, guides us on our way
It leads us to another path, into another day...
