The funny HOD

My head of department comes late to office
We accomplish all our duties sincerely daily
He had been acknowledged as the best HOD
He told he won since he was slow and steady

My HOD does not drive a car comes by Bus
A lady came to him and asked for the place
Telling Ladies are not giving space to sit there
They don`t recognize you as a lady to spare!

He always used to sleep nicely in his chair
I gave him a mobile head set to wake him
He listened to the music and was enjoying
He made us to listen to music by his snoring

He gave us liberty to work and was caring
He was not very strict and is always pleasing
He was lazy and will not give us authorization
We execute things with his decentralization

Time rolled on with our good performances
Our unit scored over other units in all aspects
I was promoted and now I became the HOD
He wished telling me to remain slow and steady
