DARN SHE LEFT ME

Contributed by emystar on Wednesday, 18th January 2012 @ 12:01:23 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Got drunk and shot my dog last night.
Woke up with a hang over alright.
Poor old dog never did me wrong.
He was drunk too and howled so strong.

Oh darn she left me at sun dawn.
Sure don't miss her but the dogs gone
Oh, darn she left me, thank God
But just can't live with out that dog.

My best friend took her away.
Little does he know she want stay.
Hope he don't bring her back to me
"Cause except for my dog,, I'm free.

Who's gonna bring my paper in?
That dog was my only real friend.
He never did me any wrong.
He was just howling the wrong song.

My country song.

Hi Emy

Would singing lessons have earned her a
reprieve??

Nice piece - enjoyed it.
