A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAYS.

Contributed by emystar on Tuesday, 17th January 2012 @ 09:46:46 PM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

In a world of sorrow and sadness
We can always get above madness.
Our touches are few and far between
But hon, it's more real than anything I've seen.

A little goes a long ways
To brighten lonely days.
A Little can get us by
All the chaos we survive.

There's no time in our hearts
Only real love, never to depart.
Just a memory will light our soul
Brightening our path as we go.

Nothing else has our magic touch
As we sift through junk and such.
Even if this world we should depart
This love is eternal from it's start.

To my Tarzan

Hello there :) Very nice poem, must say its constant optimism is quite refreshing. I especially like the first two lines of the second stanza.
