Four weeks early you decided to come,
Into the world, our beautiful son.
What a scare you gave us, when you came feet first,
This was certainly not the way we rehearsed.
But the skill of Doctors, and the grace of God,
Made easy, what looked so hard.
Then within three hours, your face I could see,
The Nurse even said you looked like me.
I guess you couldn't wait to be held in your Mothers arms
Where you feel protected and free from harm.
We'll love you sweet baby with all our heart,
Just like we did from your the very start.
