At birth you either die or die

Contributed by lyricalpoet on Saturday, 14th January 2012 @ 08:23:07 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Dont stand in one spot for more
then 20 minutes
one moment and its over
before you ask god
for forgiveness
some just don't know
the difference
the one that pulled the trigger
to the one that dies
is the real witness

This is how it is
no ones gonna end it
no way to switch it
all to do is to get out the way
prevent it
to live another day

Be brave to survive
to live another day
to live alive
don't be blind
that time moves as you move
don't hide the fact
that in any second you can disappear
in a blink of an eye
like the moon pulling down the sun
to bring up the night
in any second someone can appear in your room
and turn off the light
darken the sky
from birth till the end you either die or you die

I like the concept you have brought to the fore of dying before you die. This is a very compelling concept to challenge us not to stand still in life. From birth till the end you either die or you die,for me that's the pivotal line, great thought provoking write.

Death is certain timing is undertain but living in the midst of people after death is important.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
