I sit here, drunk.
I sit here thinking, drunk.
I sit here thinking and crying, drunk.

Drunk, I stand here.
Drunk, I stand here talking.
Drunk, I stand here talking and laughing

I lie here, sober
I lie here sleeping, sober.
I lie here sleeping and dreaming, sober.

Sober, I work here.
Sober, I work here tirelessly.
Sober, I work here tirelessly and well.
