hope is gone
faith is lost
how did this happen
and at what cost

i used to have both
but not any longer
how i do wish
i held on to it stronger

i thought i had it all
only to discover
i was about to fall

i want to believe again
i really truly do
all i really want
is for HOPE and FAITH to be true
