Breathe deep, Breathe slow, and repeat.
Feel the muscles loosen as the tenseness subsides from your shoulders down to your toes.
A great warmth engulfs your entire body and you begin to sink and melt.
Breathe deep, Breathe slow, and repeat.
Your thoughts, once deep, begin to get shorter and shorter.
Until the only thing on your mind Is the inflow and outflow of air in your lungs.
Breathe deep, Breathe slow.
What’s that?
That’s the rhythm of your life.
