Janice
She was a girl with autumn hair
Whose smile was a cloud of sun
Whose laughter was a rainbow
Of slender beauty fair
A girl whose grace
Was caught by sorrow, shaped
By loveliness within
The shadows of her face
Through a shell of age
She touched me
To give me youth to build
My life, a tower by the sea.
