Topic: Lifepoems

You see the things, that other people don’t,
You can’t be persuaded, you just won’t.
Your determined that I’m a good man,
You seem to be, my number one fan.

Does it matter, that I don’t see, these things you do?
If they are there, they’re brought out by you.
You make me feel special, the best man in the world,
You set me free, my thoughts clear, my emotions uncurled.

You’ve brought light to my life, a purpose and aim,
To just be myself, no fortune or fame.
I couldn’t have found, anyone better for me,
You let me by myself, whatever that may be.

So this poem’s for you, the girl of my dreams,
You were sent to me from heaven, or so it seems.
You here to love me and set my heart free,
Because no matter what, you see the best in me.
