Exuberant Leaf

Born of spring showers and solar photosynthesis
The pigmented bud awakens to a world reborn

Growing, growing, growing
Blooming into a pseudo chlorophyll estuary beauty of green
Expanding and opening to collect ultraviolet absorption

Light dissipates and cold approaches alerting said leaf
Great changes are in store
Waste expelled emanates great aesthetic beauty
Colors. Vibrant. Loud

Dear foliage, you went out with a bang
