After watching smoke dance with stardust
I realized winter would never be so elegant
Her breath brings out feelings I’m afraid of
Each time pretty bows manage my stand
That roller coaster fare destroys me again
And it’s been weeks minus reason to climb
Out of from the warmth of that lethal spring

An eloquent way to describe your feelings about a relationship. Your poetry is vague, but not beyond comprehension. I love this one. We all pay the price to ride the roller coaster. :P |

A cold dance, indeed. Good to read you again,
and you have not lost the innate ability to assuage
a heart but at the same time pierce it ever so
delicately with your words. It's been over a month
since that time of year, but I am still moved by the
emotion that is swimming between each line.
Your work can still give me pause. Wonderful post.
