HE CAME

He came into a stable,
A smelly middle eastern cave.
A King above all others,
To humble Himself as a slave.
A ruler and creator,
Came to Earth as a baby boy.
A tree was in His future.
But He was still His Fathers joy!
Wise men and kings came from afar,
To seek out this God man Child.
They had followed a magnificent star,
To bring gifts and to worship awhile.
All who came did bend their knees,
To honor and worship in love.
But behind it all was that future tree,
The ultimate gift from above!
