Broken Heart

Boundaries have been crossed
Trust has been destroyed
Love cant clutch onto my heart for it has to many pieces
The clear has been blinded by the darkness of pain and hurt
I have questioned it because it has motive because it has secrets
multiple faces kindness appears in many shapes and forms
but dont be fooled by its name for its roots run deep with evil
Smiles hide tears and laughs cover screams sunglasses block disappointment
Love has come and gone
left a scar so deep inscriptions are left on my bones
For I am weak I am bruised
Bitterness creeps up in the cracks of my heart
Hate forms in the place of love
It brings baggage plans on staying for awhile can't say I blame it
But I pray joy will fill my cup
That hope will remain instilled in me
One day down the road love will come again
With no secrets
With one face
One purpose to for fill
smiles will be smiles and laughs will be laughs
I will know love by one name
