They say out loud rock is dead never to return
Then out of blue is something new
which catches fire & in our minds it starts to burn
It goes to show how little they really know
All the best is still come as long as humans hum
With no original thoughts inside their head
Only to them is music truely dead
All it takes is isolation, rage & sorrow
To bring about the rockstar of tomorrow
Maybe it has.... all been done before
but a new point of view cannot be ignored
Rolls off a poet's tongue right into the mind
A strong set of lungs puts chills down the spine
Thus the stage is set for another lonely soul
to scream out to the masses & fill an empty hole
Rock is immortal just a state of mind
Often over looked by those who are blind
Keep on writing, screaming & beating on the drum
No need to worry about those that are dumb
