Litten by the moon
In the midst of the night
The moon flowers bloom
Only to be pushed away
From the fire's shining light

wow. a tanka poem. Oldest form of poetry in Japan. I did'nt even know this existed. I guess the point would be to convey a strong image or emotion in just a short space with absolutly no word wasted. Difficult. You've pulled it off quite well. Nice work , gave me a nice image of the night. truly , Doug |
