My pillow came alive last night.
In my arms it became you.
Then I floated off to dream land,
Where I dreamed of all we’d do.
My arms were wrapped around you.
With my legs you were entwined.
My kisses landed everywhere,
And your body was fine wine.
I tasted love in many ways.
As I felt your soft warmth too.
All this was from a pillow?
Or was it all my dreams coming true?
May I fall off to sleep tonight
With you as the pillow I need!
And when I finally wake up,
I’ll work at watering our loves seed!
His love was like a red red rose,
I read that Rabbie Burns claim one day.
But my love is like a pillow
That softly rests my blues away!
