Right now I think about you being dead,
and all of the blood splatters left on my bed.
So alone, no one left to call,
washing these blood splatters off of my wall.
I wipe them away, year after year.
But again and again they seem to appear.
The seep throughout the wall they seep into me.
Why is this the only way I can be?

I won't get into my own history here but suffice it to say that I can relate. Your writing here easily makes one uncomfortable but then again writng is supposed to provoke some response. You've done this well so I'll say good work. Truly , Doug |
