Today I Learned What True Love Is

24:11:2011....

Today I learned what true love is.
We sat and spoke for hours.
Cleared the air put it all out there.
Said our sorry's gave our apologies.
I've never been so afraid and at peace all in one.
For there is another in your heart from this fact we can't part.
Who will it be him or me?
No matter what you decide. I will love you till I die.
As we speak I begin to feel your pain.
Its creeping into my heart ripping it apart.
If I for one moment could bear your pain.
I would then steel it and never give it back again.
If for one blink of an eye I could stop you to cry.
If for one Light year I could make you happy.
I'd put a smile on your face that's no lie.
Much was said and plenty put to bed.
Now to be fair he must get a chance.
I understand and respect why.
You have to do it this way for with peace you want to die.
And wen we have both spoken to you.
You will know what to do.
I said all I could please my hearts not maid of wood.
Now its in your hands.
Are we together or scattered across the land.
If I'm to be gone lay it apon me gently.
If I'm to stay for good send him away.
What ever you decide.
To my word and promise I will abide.
Just remember I will always Love you.
Irrespective of what happens or what you do.

RR

Russell, you already knew what true love
was and is. It is the individual Choice You
must make even through adversity because
of the freedom forgiveness brings to all parties
involved in a conflict or relationship! Good job
of expressing those principles here!
Blessings,
Rob
