you yell alot
lash out
you smash
harm
your scarey
very frightend
you dont listen
your not yourself
another world
in your own space
you look around
yet you dont see
the hell you go through
the hell you create
we live in fear
you will snap
then your sorry
its all okay
another day
another night
then it begins
your really nice
caring too
the voices
get to you
they tell you things
you dont want to hear
they make you mad
they make you cry
your so embarassed
you battle on
suffering
those around you
feel helpless too
they try to care
they try to help
you block them
you have a sheild
why cant we help
we are here for you
some simple words
can tick you off
enrage you badly
looks or stares
make you mad
your not okay
you need some help
but you reject
all thats given
the cycle goes on
and so does poor living
your so mixed up
you very confused
cutting yourself
blood comes out
you look down
you have power
your in control
another day
another night
around we go
it never ends
