JUST ONE MORE PIECE OF PIE!

I went to weight watchers,
Thinking that I could lose,
Eight inches of blubber,
But the speaker made me snooze.
But I was so proud
At taking the very first step.
That I had me some pie
To celebrate with some zest.
Apple tasted pretty good,
Cherry even better.
The lemon meringue was heavenly.
I could feel myself getting fatter.
I felt so ashamed,
As a slice of pecan pie,
Melted right inside my mouth
And also made me cry.
With hard determination,
And patience if I try,
I’ll overcome this strong obsession,
After having one more piece of pie!
I've lost a ton of poundage
Since I became a man.
Unfortunately I gained it all back,
Let me lick out this pie pan!
