no i must hear wrong
everything is weird
heartbeart wind song
blackness leered
i turned my head to the margin
to a man in grey who was chargin
the toll was for more soul
fired like a sun into jet and coal
horses swam the shore
to the hills by the door
it opened familiar and wide
but its haze couldnt hide
the tears that hung inside
my heart it died
to that sight and sound
my ear to the ground
rolled on thunder
curse and blunder
rain on the sand
into sea over land
all these they pass to night
falling out of sight
i awake this dream i free, tear
but lingers this nightmare
because your not there
