HER REFLECTION

She stands before the mirror,
With arms raised in the air.
Why had I not noticed,
Her beauty as she combs her hair?
When we’re out in public,
I often take her hand.
It’s then that I’m the proudest,
That she chose me as her man.
Every little move she makes
Tantalizes to my core.
The groaning from within me
Means I want her more and more!
Every single motion,
Like the smile upon her face,
No matter what she tries to do,
She does with awe and grace.
Still before the mirror,
She becomes my movie star.
She captivates my vision,
And if I move I won’t go far!
Her reflection flashes to me.
I see her girlish face.
She knows what I am thinking,
Anytime and anyplace.
