Every man must have his muse
The identifiable other, the owned.
the one with the softest spot

the moon watching blanket
the face of the film.
chemically entwined, forever.

The excited one.
who your eyes should no longer gaze upon.
The sinking feeling in your gut

a memory. a mystery. a mess.
