The curtains lifted as the wind blew
The candlelight stood still, it was a full moon
The waves crashed quietly on the shores
And if you listened carefully you’ll hear the night bug snores
As the violin started, you approached my side
You held my hand up and we took a glide
Your arms embraced me tightly and your heart fell on my chest
We then swayed to the melody from right to left
I lifted my eyelids and looked at you
The stars so bright, all shining on you
As your tender lips touched my forehead
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath
You held my hand and lead me inside
Closed the door and tell the stars goodnight
The white satin sheets covered the bed
And the fresh rose petals all coloured in red
You lay me down gently and unzipped my dress
You kissed my neck and began to caress
I unbuttoned your shirt and unzipped your pants
The passion was already there with a little romance
The clock struck midnight, I was breathless
I lay in your arms, my lover’s nest
As I closed my eyes to fall asleep
I thanked God for a husband so sweet!
