LoveRemembered

I wish that I
Could carve a monolith
In testement to my lover
A pagan statement
etched in stone to
stand through time, leviathan.
I wish that I
Could repay kindness
with something great
A proper repayment
in emotional coine
for what I recieved
I wish that I
could sing my gratitude
for everyone to hear
But my pen is my chizel
and writing is my voice
I wish that I had been more loving.
