BORN AGAIN TO RIDE!

I was given less than two hours to live while on
the operating table, and that's when the Lord
spoke to me. An out of body experience? Who
knows, but it was real to me...........
The youthful pleasures I lived for
Never seemed to go away.
Like handcuffs on an inmate
They shackled me more each day.
In my dreams I would do right,
But in the light of day,
Even though my morals stuck to me,
They often stepped out to play.
Wisdom often grows in men
Especially when they age.
But hardships often sharpen more
Like a fire tempers blades.
At death’s door so many times,
Through danger, health, and grief,
To end my suffering every day
I would pray for sweet release.
A messenger was sent to me
No doubt I would have died,
But I heard the glorious message,
So “I’m Born Again To Ride!”
