Stories slither across his skin
A gentle heart beats strongly within
Voices of his life collide
With Tales of woe from days past
Happiness he seeks each day
For Dreams and wishes to come his way
Love he needs: to be desired
He deserves love that will last
Bright and strong, his eyes command
One look will have you in his hand
In fun he finds his inner child
And in this seems to have a blast
Some hang on his every word
Even when bad, they are not deterred
He speaks his mind, he does not hide
And faces down who call him crass
Though I’ve never met this man
I think of him as a great friend
With loving arms held out wide
His loyalty is steadfast
