Please tell me if your love is real
And if you care just how I feel.
Do you think that we should part,
Taking with you most of my heart?
Do you think that I'd survive
Or even want to be alive,
Without you there to hold on tight,
And pray you’re with me every night?
Do you think there'll come a day
That I would want to walk away?
If you do you know me not.
Better for me if I was shot!
Do you think there ever will be
A day that you will love just me?
And love as much as I do you?
I want to know so tell me true!
Do you think that anytime soon
That I could walk into your room?
And hold you tightly in my arms,
Enraptured with your many charms?
Or do you think that I should go?
I really, really need to know!
I pray for words about how you feel.
Darling tell me,
Is Your
Love
Real?
