You put your arms around me
To give a little hug.
Then time stood still for awhile
And I felt like I was loved.
I felt your bosom touch my chest,
Then I longed to touch the rest.
I melted as my knees got weak.
I groaned within, and couldn't speak.
In Heaven for that span of time,
I heard it's bells as they did chime.
Lost in the moment of your embrace,
It has to be my favorite place!
Let me live that time alas,
Remembering every day that’s past.
And let me wrap my arms round you,
In the same enchanting way you do!
