Do you ever think of me
Like I think of you?
Do you ever go to sleep
The same way that I do?
Am I forever on your mind
As you're on mine?
Do you ever dream of me
As I do dream of you?
Do you ever miss me
In the middle of your day?
Do you wish to hear my voice
Or the things that I might say?
Do you ever imagine my face
And smile just at the thought?
Do you peek inside my eyes
As I search yours for your heart?
Do you ever think of me
With my arms around you tight?
As I dream of holding you
Each and every night!
Do you plan on keeping
All promises you’ve uttered?
Without your voice returning
Any question I have asked,
Confusion reigns supreme in me,
As I ask on all accounts,
DO YOU?
