Back Together Again

I never knew
One person could fix
What another has destroyed
One broke my heart
Into a million pieces
And now this one
Is putting those pieces
Back together again
Fixing me, making me whole again
He's putting my heart
Back together again
And breaking down
My ten foot walls
He's almost through
And I'm not fighting back
I feel I can trust him
There's something different, better
About this one
I can't help
Being drawn to him
I never want to leave his side
He makes me happy
He makes me smile
He makes me feel things
I've never felt before
And I like it
He's putting my heart
Back together again
And breaking down
My ten foot falls
He's almost through
And I'm not fighting back
I want him to hold me
And never let go
I want to spend
Every moment with him
I want to know
He's be there when I need him
I want to tell him everything
I feel as if
He'll actually understand
He's putting my heart
Back together again
And breaking down
My ten foot walls
He's almost through
And I'm not fighting back
I wouldn't dare fight back

I love this. The honesty, flow, openness. It really hits home
