I thought you were my everything,
I thought you would be there for me,
I thought you would be my one and only,
I thought I would love you forever,
I thought you were my prince,
but I guess I was wrong
why is it what everything I thought about you
was just a lie?
are you the lie
or am I?

i like your poetry, it is just plain and simple but it's very striking and straight to the point... nice and beautiful poetry...

excellent poem for a 6 year old! and for an adult! you have talent.
