Some might say, I’m obsessed,
Now I’ve regressed, to you once more,
But ‘pon reflection, your perfection,
Is the one thing, of which I’m sure.

Each day’s the same,
I wake, repeat your name,
Stake my claim, to loneliness,
Struggle through, this wilderness,
With the knowledge, I caused this,
‘Cause I lied to, or deluded myself,
Contrived, I’ve tried,
So hard to forget,
But with regret,
The things I said,
Those thoughts I shed,
Taunt me it seems,
Still haunt my dreams.

The rhymes feel way too forced, almost as if you took a book of rhyming words and just tried to make a poem using the first few you found... Keep at it, it's a good try maybe try expressing your feelings more naturally next time.
